OUR REPORT
Our comprehensive reports are individualized with each home we inspect
and have a minimum of a 30 page analysis. At Dwelling
the Details, we utilize the best features of both reporting formats
by using a combination of anecdotal reporting and checklists. The
final report will distinguish between items that need to be repaired
or replaced, areas that will require routine maintenance, and components
that may be suspect at the time of the inspection. Digital photos
and a helpful maintenance checklist for the homeowner are also included
in every report.
