be conducted prior to purchasing a home, old or new. This will

can give you an expert opinion about the home and the systems within
it. We perform visual inspections in accordance with the British
Columbia Institute of Property Inspectors (BCIPI) Standards of Practice
and Code of Ethics.
The entire inspection usually takes 3 to 4
hours, depending on the size, age and condition of the home. We
encourage you to attend the inspection with us. It represents an
excellent opportunity for you to gain first-hand knowledge of the
